Lluvia has been cleaning my house for years now. She is a lovely person and excellent at cleaning. I appreciate her attention to detail and her communication. She is good to listen when I have a special request, but she also sees things that need to be done that I don't even mention. I am so happy to have her help. She frees up time for me so I can enjoy my house and play with my children more. I don't trust anyone else with my house!

I have been on crutches for weeks which makes it hard to keep up with the house cleaning and everyday chores. I host a weekly gathering at my house and needed help getting things cleaned up this week so I booked a cleaning service w/ Handy for the morning of. Well, just a few hours before the scheduled cleaning, my Handy gal cancelled on me! I emailed Handy but they could not send a replacement! Thank God for Thumbtack! I put out a request and within 5 min Romero's House Cleaning messaged me back with a quote! I have to say, Loyda and her sister were great- they really came to my rescue! Not only did Loyda accept my same day request, but she was able to offer me a fair rate that worked for my budget! (some places tried to quote me over $125 for a same day cleaning ). The ladies were fast, efficient and lots of fun! The house looked great- Loyda even steam cleaned my laminate wood floors- an unexpected treat! While my husband and I were on vacation, Trish stayed in our home to watch our two boxers. She stopped by mutiple times before we left to visit with us as well as get to know them. We were nervous at first, letting a stranger stay in our home and take care of our dogs; all nervousnes went away after our visits. She was very peronsonable and professional. Trish sent daily updates along with pictures of the dogs playing and having fun. She kept the house clean and even washed the linens!! Trish was truly a joy to work with and we will definetly use her again. My husband and I are extremely happy that we've finally found someone we can trust with our home and of course our four legged kiddos!
