- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a set rate. I like to work with the customers depending on needs. Feel free to speak freely to me about financial desires.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I plan to spend some time speaking to the customer either in person or over the phone to find out exactly what they are looking to achieve, and in how much time. I want to know the individual to the best of my ability because I do not simply just work with the body. I want to strengthen the mind as well. Then, according to the needs of the customer I begin to create a program that would benefit the customer the best to achieve satisfying and long term results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been personal training for about 4 years now. I am not on contract which means I simply work for myself. I began training males in the military to assist them in getting ready for PT tests. From there, I have worked to broad my knowledge in personal fitness and be the best I can be. I have been dancing since I was 4 years old. I began to dance professionally at the age of 14. I created a dance crew by the name of Ground Elementz which became one of the best groups in Texas. Also performed on TV shows, at venues, and for local artists. Have been teaching dance and choreography since the age of 15 years old. These are both huge passions of mine and I would love to work with anyone who is willing to put in the work.
