Introduction: Growing up, I was always in athletics, so I have a natural attention to the body and have been told that I always give a full and complete workout. I also try to incorporate the spiritual side of yoga without making you feel pushed into a belief system. I bring awareness and observation to the mind and body, to allow people to deepen their postures and find a place of peace and stillness within.
What I like most about my job is the opportunity to meet new people everyday. It is also very rewarding to help people feel better in their body and about themselves, whether it be through one class, or multiple times practicing together. I feel accomplished observing my students improve in a posture, or witnessing a transformation both within and without.
