when i was planning my wedding i realized "hey, i need help"! As most of us do in this day and age i turned to facebook lol I (jokingly) stated "can i just hire a wedding planner! Low and behold i had a response, and it said yes you can! I was given Shalamar's contact information. My initial thought was, no way! i cant afford a real wedding planner, but when i had my first meeting with Shalamar i was pleasantly surprised. The cost was within my budget for what i needed ( i only needed day of coordination) and my first impression of her was ... comfort... she put my mind at ease, very attentive to what I wanted and how i wanted everything. She asked questions, as many as she had to and took notes! I knew i was going to be ok! Most brides know we want things how we want things and when we cant be there to overlook things it is extremely stressful. Shalamar helped take that stress off my shoulders. She was there front and center for rehearsal and taking notes as to who belongs where and with who. Day of wedding she was at the church even before i was, and made sure flowers were in place and people were in place. My bouquet was wrong, wrong and wrong, well she found the flower lady and had her fix it. easy fix but for a bride its the end of the world lol. When we got to the venue, again, she was already there and everything was in its place. The last minute items i had for her were put where i wanted. She had a schedule and was on it! She made sure everything went as it should, even had her assistant to help, because as you know one person can not be in 2 places at once! She made things even easier for us when she made sure she got our gifts into our vehicle before the end of the night. All in all she was the best facebook response i ever got! I am so very glad i had the opportunity to hire her! She was on point and for a person like me, pick, she was my perfect fit! Thank you Shalamar for everything, thank you for treating my special day like it was your special day and making sure everything was perfect!

Beverly was terrific. Everything was discussed by phone and email. Since the wedding planning was long distance, planning and payment was handled by phone and email. She perfectly copied my concept photos and gave us exactly what we wanted. She was professional, friendly, arrived on time and had competitive prices. The flowers she used were great quality, fresh and beautifully arranged. Since we had a small reception and her arrangements were pretty much the only decorations, we were so happy that they were interesting and beautiful! We are so happy to have found her. Tara went above and beyond for our event to make sure that everything came out excellent! We had some issues with a vendor the day of the event, and she actually assisted us in finding a resolution quickly as possible. This isn't required of her, but she wanted to make sure that the event went smoothly. She was at the venue extremely early to make sure that everything started properly. She is very punctual and tries to make sure that the schedule she creates is adhered to, but she is also flexible and able to adapt to changes very quickly. A wedding is a very stressful event for the bride, groom, and their families. Tara took the unnecessary stress out of the day and made sure that we were able to focus on the wedding and each other. If we didn't use Tara we wouldn't have known where to begin in regards to planning the day of the wedding and wouldn't have been able to have an amazing day as we ended up having! I would definitely suggest you use Tara for your wedding day coordination needs. I would also suggest using her for full planning because I believe that if we used her the wedding planning would have mainly been stress-free. Thank you Tara!!!!!!

    Working with Will has been a great experience! Before anything was negotiated he wanted to make sure that we had our vision and he wanted to know everything that he could do to make that vision come true. Working tirelessly at all hours, he negotiated with vendors and caterers on our behalf and was able to procure for us better deals than we could have imagined getting on our own. Planning for your wedding and reception (or any other buisness/corporate event) can be one of the most difficult things when you are not exactly sure how to find the best people for your vision. Will knows exactly how to speak with the vendors and caterers so that we can get the most out of what we put in to the budget. I highly recommend Will Bailey to anyone who is serious about wedding planning or serious about planning any other event and anyone who wants to see their dreams come true. 10/10

    Imogene at Elated Weddings made my destination wedding stress free and amazing! She worked with me through the planning stages to help me brainstorm and organize, and she was there the entire wedding weekend to make sure things stayed on track.
