- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Veteran/Military discounts. Every job is unique so it is harder to have a set price, so we prefer that each bid be done individually and in person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them, and them us is important. 99% of our first time customer become lifetime customers. We get a request, I respond, and we schedule a time to come take care of business. Once a job is completed I prefer to do a walkthrough and make sure that nothing was missed and it's is done to their liking!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two years of college under my belt, and I've worked in Landscaping from the age of 12. That includes lawn maintenance, tree work, Fencing and many more specialities I've picked up over the years.
