Leslie is one of the best yoga instructors in Houston. Expect excellent vinayasa and hatha experience and knowledge. Her sessions pull together movement, breath, spirituality, and philosophy. Her teaching style accommodates novice to intermediate students and challenges all both physically and mentally. Leslie has a warm and kind personality, so even someone who is returning to the world of yoga feels comfortable and at ease. Guided meditation during savasana is a key draw, and she is also a wealth of knowledge on yoga spirituality. Mix all this with some playful humor and witticisms for a fulfilling and enjoyable yoga experience. If music is important to your experience, I think she has great, emotionally enthralling playlists.

Paolo is an amazing martial arts teacher. He as instructed me in Sanshou and Xing Yi styles. He also demonstrates a mastery of Pai Lum Dao Kung Fu as well as styles of Tai Ji and Bagua. I have also experienced his Iron Body training first hand. He is a master of teaching the basics, which are essential to the mastery of every style. Paolo is a scholar as well as warrior and has a deep philosophic understanding of martial arts practice and theory. Whether your aim is to become a physical or spiritual warrior. Paolo is your teacher!
I highly recommend Leslie as a Yoga instructor! I have taken her Vinyasa, Ashtanga yoga class as well as private group lessons. She has extensive knowledge about yoga and its philosophy. Her clear verbal instructions and beautiful demonstration could lead us to the asanas that once We thought impossible to achieve. Her creative flow is always enjoyable.
After almost a year of trying to lose 10 lbs. (which included working out with a personal trainer, barre classes, jogging, and every fad diet imaginable), I decided to try yoga. I found Mariana online and we basically started from "ground zero" (I could not touch my toes). She was able to work with me and customize a program that not only help me lose the weight (11 LBS.!!!), but helped me "reshape" the problem areas that have bothered me for years. This is the best thing I've ever done and my only regret is that I waited so long to try it. I can't say enough great things about Mariana. She is professional, courteous, a great listener, has really good follow-through (which is very important to me), and she is clearly VERY knowledgeable about what she does. She also has a very good sense of humor, which I really appreciate! I feel like she helped me meet my goals (and then some) in the quickest way physically possible. I haven't felt this good in years! I love the service!!! It is truly revolutionary. Finally personal training made easy and the trainers are awesome. Easy to use interface for anybody, all you do is select a time, select a location, pick a trainer, and you are all set. The team of trainers are comprised of knowledgeable experts all highly motivated to help you get back in shape. I have booked several trainers and always had a totally different experience then training with a trainer from a big box gym were I was often unhappy. Every single trainer came with high energy and a passion to really help me get back in a workout routine. Also the Kanthaka service team is super responsive and solely focused on providing you a great experience!!!
