- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know we are owner operators. This makes us very flexible on our pricing to help the customer stay with in their budget so that this will make it a stress free move for all customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process with a new customer is to explain every step from beginning to end of move and collecting all information along with questions answered honestly so that we provide a comfortable, caring, and stress free move for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My brother and I both have a college education that has prepared us for the business aspect of running our company which allows us to give quality service to the customer. Our past experience through multiple jobs has helped us meet the customers needs along with quality and caring relationships.
