David Hartsock says, "This was the first time weve used Mr. Sparky and they are outstanding! The technician they sent out was Christian Tobon. He was incredibly easy to work with. We called them because we had two light switches that where not working and one that was about to fall out of the wall. Christian took the time to look around our 30 year old home and do a safety inspection. He found several things that needed to be addressed. He presented us 4 different estimates for the work that needed to be done. Once we chose what we wanted done he gave us a new estimate. The price was fair and the quality of work was excellent. Christian never tried to influence what we wanted done and he was professional, friendly and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Mr. Sparky for anyone needing electrical work done on the house."See more

I supplied all of the devices. We got into agreement on what was going to go be done and at what price, and all 4 were completed in the same day. I made a late change on what I wanted to do on the 3/4 HP motor power switch, and we reconvened later in the same day after I fetched the new part. I appreciated the flexibility by West Houston Electric that let me check all 4 items off of my to do list that same day, and at a fair price."See more

Angel was the electrician who installed my EV charger. He made a mistake and used 20 breaker instead of a 50 breaker. He did not test the charger before he left. He was suppose to come back in an hour to fix it and pushed it to hours later which did not work for me. He was suppose to come back the next day to fix it at noon and he is being unresponsive hours after not showing up the next day. Extremely unresponsive, unprofessional and negligent of the work. Furthermore I already paid for the job and I cannot even get in contact with him.
