Richard was absolutely amazing! He came out to do my inspection and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions with patience. I really appreciated how honest and clear he was throughout the entire process. We had our new home inspected by Richard last year, and we couldnt be happier with the experience. He was incredibly thorough and detailed, carefully pointing out all of the homes deficiencies and explaining everything clearly to us. Richard made sure we fully understood his findings, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.
