- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we offer discounts for weekly and bi weekly standard cleaning services ! -We have a 32$ Cancellation fee if cancel with less than 24hours from original booking. -we do not charge a fee for re scheduling if contacted 4 hours before initial schedule , otherwise we apply a 32$ trip charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
you send us a call or a text , we will ask details and preferences or will offer our extra services to ensure you get what are you looking for , we will work on the quote and the appointment day and time .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked for global building services in northern California . Standard cleaning and Sanitation . Waxing floors. Carpet extraction and spotting.
