What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are never hidden fees. This is the main reason why we like to meet with the customers, so that there are never any surprises along the way from customer or us. Meaning, the customer cannot add on to the work agreed upon for the same price. Any additional work will gladly be done but as long as customer knows that any extra work than agreed upon means an extra charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always want to be precise and fair with our customers. To provide precise quotes, we like to personally meet with the customer to go over exactly what work is wanted since every customer is different. We are always fair and considerate of others and treat others the way we treat our close friends. We have made so many long relationships along the way because of the way we treat our customers. We always try to do our work to perfection and satisfaction of the customers always.
