Amazing! An estimate was given pretty quickly that was very reasonable. The crew was early and did an awesome move out cleaning. Everything from the fridge to shelfs in cabinets were cleaned and sanitized. They crew was very nice as well. I will definitely use them again once moving into my new home. Highly recommend.
Sandra, who is the primary business contact/owner, has helped me immensely! I had a very bad situation on hand where I had to move into a one bedroom apartment from a 3 bedroom home and I was having a terrible things getting things organized and cleaned AND KEEPING THEN RIGHT WAY. Sandra came in and straightened me out. It took more than one visit, but it's a work in progress. Sandra really is an "angel," and she's helped me improve the quality of my life simply by organizing/cleaning my apartment. I feel like a ton of bricks has been lifted from my shoulders and I can actually walk in my apartment! She is friendly, professional, reliable, flexible, and based on whatever job you have for her to do, she's reasonable on pricing. I can't wait until she comes back again in 2 weeks! A few days ago I had a surprise visit from my in-laws that live out of state. I'm a working mom and my husband and I have 4 young children, so cleaning is a constant to say the least. But with this surprise visit coming I had no time to do all the little extras needed to have things ready for company. I was in a real jam, and needed some help. A next door neighbor recommended CMO Cleaning Services because they had used them before . I was a hesitant because of the such short notice and I never really heard about them. Well, all I can say is WOW! They were able to come the next morning after I called, and after I showed them what I wanted to have done , they showed me things that I never considered having done. The owner Ms. Tia was extremely personable and so was her staff. They cleaned my living and dining rooms, my guest room and kitchen. They even cleaned out my oven and refrigerator. All this in one day, which gave me more than enough time to prepare for my guests. On top of everything else the cost was very economical. They were truly a life saver!!!
Angel helped me so much with organzing my laundry room, master closet and bathroom. She has great ideas and made my rooms so organized and spacious that I now love my closet. She will be helping me with more projects soon.

Very professional, punctual, and reliable company. I had Vanessa do a move in clean for me. The house had a lot work needed as it has been recently remodeled. When she was finished, I was not there to inspect her work. When I told her that I was unsatisfied, she was very professional and offered to come back for a touch up. Her demeanor was positive and willing which is hard come by these days when you tell someone you are dissatisfied with their work. Honestly, there was a lot dust and debris from the construction that I wasn't aware of. Either way, she came by and did a great touch up and even offered a discount for the next service. I have had my homes cleaned by numerous cleaning companies for 10+ years. Never have I had someone so curteous and genuine about their work performance in this industry. I will be using her again and would highly recommend her to clean your home.

For her it's more than just a clean home. It's about giving you the skills to help you to take care if your home and be a more organized. My home was a disaster and Tonia came to assess and didn't run out the door, instead she said could help me. I have had to make some tough choices and Tonia has been supportive and understanding. 9onehome is exceptional and dedicated and I made the best choice with her.
After putting in hardwood floors throughout my house I needed help organizing my home office along with everything else that had been displaced with the flooring change. Lisa talked with me about my goals, vision, scope of the project and timeline. She quickly send me an estimate and we began working on my home office. She was so wonderful to work with that we then went on to my laundry room/pantry, craft room/sewing room, upstairs game room, master closet and garage. She helped me design a master closet renovation that has been completed. Lisa is professional, efficient, punctual, honest, reliable and very good at what she does. I can be indecisive so I wanted Val to help me in that area. She understood my request, took the emotion out of it, and gave me yes/no answers. She would explain why she would say yes to things along with the why behind the non keepers. She would also give suggestions on how to replace items or make substitutions in my wardrobe. I also got a follow up email with a list of items my closet was missing. Overall, it has been a great experience, and I have learned a lot.
Karla knew exactly what to do to get my "Seasonal Closet" completely organized. It's so easy to keep it that way because she labeled EVERYTHING! Every time I go into my closet I just can't get over how well organized it is, and how thankful I am that Karla worked so hard to make it a "safe" place to go (I always dreaded going in there before!).
Claudia came to house sit and pet sit and did so much more. She helped organize and clean for an upcoming inspection, took care of mail and packages and was very helpful to the neighbors who needed her assistance. But most of all we went away for 2 weeks knowing our dog was in good hands. I highly recommend her services.
Teresa does it all. She organized, ran errands and even emptied the trash. She told me she will even take people to and from doctor’s appointments. Just ask her, she will do most jobs around the house etc.

As a student transitioning into a professional career, working with Jessica was so helpful. She is honest, bubbly, and fun, and will make the time you spend with her fly by. She was great at going through my entire closet with me, and even took my clothes to a secondhand store to sell what she could for me before then dropping off the items to be donated. Mrs. Long is an enthusiastic professional who dove right in to all of my chaos each day with so much positivity and vigor that I started to see her optimistic vision. After years of professional relocations of boxes that were never fully unpacked, I realized that I needed a professional intervention to help me. My project was embarrassingly large. Here is a short list of what we accomplished: Home Office: Unpacked, organized, decorated with a gallery wall Guest Bedroom & closet: Unpacked, organized Christmas Items: Sorted and packed in clear totes Arts & Crafts: Sorted and organized Cards/gift bags: Sorted and organized While I was overwhelmed and intimidated by my chaos, Mrs. Long made me feel completely comfortable, safe and motivated to tackle the rooms with her.
