- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts based on loyalty! Our posted prices are for one-time customers or those who aren't ready to make a commitment quite yet. Once you're sure you'd like to continue our walking services, we offer VIP pricing with discounts as high as 30%! We'll share all of the specifics with you during our initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is always the first step. We ask questions to be sure we understand your exact expectations, any special needs you have in caring for your fur-babies, and explain our company policies and procedures regarding emergencies and the care of your loved ones and home. It's scary allowing someone new into your home, especially to care for your family. We understand that and will do everything we can to ease your mind and care for your pups and kittens as if they were my own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in pet care services management since 2013, and every walker has up-to-date certification in pet CPR and first aid, as well as extensive dog behavioral training. We actively pursue education every year to keep our skills and understanding of pet care up to date with scientific and industry growth.
