Personal training with Mr.Tran has been a great experience! He always has new workouts and routines prepared to have me do every session and he makes sure that each movement has a purpose. Khanh is a trainer who will help you focus on building good habits long term. No quick fads here. His initial exercises help correct your body. Once your body starts to plateau he guides you to challenge it. So you can reach the maximum. He wants what’s best for you and tries to understand your overall personal goals not just for weight loss. He also shows professionalism every time, I’ve had more that several sessions so far. I did lose weight, gain flexibility, and adjusted my eating habits. Khanh has worked with me through it all. Good patient trainer who is willing to work with you.

Training with Khanh has been a lot of fun and feels easy - even though I leave with sore muscles. With the meal suggestions and workout schedule, I’ve lost more weight than expected and feel much better overall. Very methodical and mindful training approach. I’m super happy with my results.

I’ve had about 20 sessions with Khanh so far and it’s been a transformative experience. My goals initially were to correct/improve my posture and I’ve seen progress in that area. Now, we are moving to strengthening and two months ago, I couldnt have imagined being able to do the things I can do now. I’ve had two children and basically didn’t have the strength to sit or stand upright using my core or back. Now it feels natural to do so. He is extremely responsive, upbeat, and accessible (not intimidating - we eased into things at a very nice pace that worked for my needs). I appreciate his enthusiasm and genuine interest in my development. It’s clear that he is an expert in his field and treats his clients with the utmost kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone, especially those getting back into personal fitness after a long time.

    My rates are reasonable and competitve. Depending on the market and packages that are tailored for my client needs.

    Help get a clear understanding what your goals are first then move on to establish a game plan and execute it. I always do a full body assessment to determine strength and weaknesses that need to be addressed. Implement the right strategy for my clients.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through NASM. I worked at fitness corporate gym, and personal trained D-1 collegiate and professional athletes. I also have a BA in Biology degree. NASM- National Academy of Sports Medicine CES- Corrective Exercise Specialist Precision Nutrition (In the Process and will be certified soon)
