We made arrangements for them to move a spinet piano 0.2 miles, from one first floor to another. We were sat for Saturday, between 5-7 pm. They did not show, did not call, and did not respond to my three app messages or the voicemail I left. Complete waste of time. I had the people with the piano waiting on me and these movers I had booked. I had family over to watch my kids and just generally help in any way necessary to make a smooth transition. Don’t waste your time on Emmanuel movers.
