I have seen piano movers in action many times. These guys were top notch! Not only were they able to get the piano safely down a winding staircase and into our home with ease, but they did it with absolute professionalism and a very down to earth and positive attitude. Our child was asleep when they got to the house and they were very cautious about not making any noise moving the piano. Everything was on time as scheduled and I will definitely use them again not just for piano moving but also for general moving.

Handled my piano move on two sets of stairs. Showed up on time (actually just before the scheduled time) and immediately went to work. Wrapped the piano safely with plastic wrap on the sides and a blanket on the bottom half. Used an normal industrial dolly and moved the piano up step by step, rather than securing it to a board as I’ve seen in other moves. It mostly worked well, piano arrived safely and the job was done in about an hour from location to location.

ACJhoustonMovers did an excellent job of moving our very large upright piano from the second floor of our old house to the second floor of a new house. We have had this piano moved many times, with mixed results, but this has been by far our best experience. We are always concerned about whether the movers will arrive with the appropriate supplies to move such a large item (on multiple occasions in past movers have showed up planning to move the piano with only manpower - which is just not feasible), but these these movers definitely did not disappoint - showed up with their own utility dolly. We have brand newly finished wood floors, and they managed to get our piano into the house without so much as a scratch. We will definitely hire them when time comes to move again.
