- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically $50 per job (not more than 1/2 day) plus $10 if over 10 miles travel. If ordering is required the additional cost of the parts and tax plus $20 per additional visit. Also, I don't get paid unless the issue has been resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, going to their home and performing the work needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in IT and computer support as a desktop technician and technical support for over 35 years.
