Josh came out on the day we requested and was amazing. He went above and beyond while cleaning our dryer vent. He even cleaning the floor after he pulled out the dryer. This duct cleaning industry is known for fraud and Josh discussed how he left other companies due to their dishonest expectations. I will use this company every year to clean my dryer vent!

JT Air was a massive help, and kind enough to come in and fix a problem another service had caused. He addressed a longer vent another team failed to clear, and they only had pushed the mass further back in. The duct was packed! But he got the job done, and even fixed up my chimney along with it. The chimney wasn’t in great shape, as the homeowner before did not maintain it, but he cleaned it out and explained to me the process. More than anything, I really appreciate a professional that will break it down for me and has nothing to hide or blow off about my questions. Especially as a first time homeowner. Very honest. In an industry full of dishonest practices, he was very honest in letting me know that I would not need a full air duct cleaning even though I was discussing getting one with him on the phone. It takes a lot of integrity to not take advantage of a situation like that. Also, he was the first to let me know that my dryer vent is self cleaning, and that I don’t technically need to get it cleaned out unless there is an issue. He did a good job cleaning out my chimney and is coming back next week to paint it.

We had a great experience with their services. We had just purchsed a house so we wanted to be sure the dryer vent especially was in good shape.
