My vent issue wasn’t an easy fix. Jeff worked to find temporary and permanent solutions to the builder of the homes mistake. I appreciate that he was honest with his finding and efforts to fix my home. My dryer is working great with the temporary fix and I am looking forward to the permanent fix to be complete so that I can put this behind me. I recommend JT for any and all duct or dryer issues. They are the only one who solved my problem in the last 4 years I have lived with a dryer not getting enough air to dry. Thank you Jeff!

Josh came out on the day we requested and was amazing. He went above and beyond while cleaning our dryer vent. He even cleaning the floor after he pulled out the dryer. This ductcleaning industry is known for fraud and Josh discussed how he left other companies due to their dishonest expectations. I will use this company every year to clean my dryer vent!

Very honest. In an industry full of dishonest practices, he was very honest in letting me know that I would not need a full air ductcleaning even though I was discussing getting one with him on the phone. It takes a lot of integrity to not take advantage of a situation like that.
Also, he was the first to let me know that my dryer vent is self cleaning, and that I don’t technically need to get it cleaned out unless there is an issue. He did a good job cleaning out my chimney and is coming back next week to paint it.

I had an excellent experience with JT Air Duct. Josh was thorough and clean and tried everything in his power to do a simple clean but in my case, the blockage was on the roof. He definitely went above and beyond and I would definitely hire him again.
