Brian never called or contacted me until over 2 hours when our scheduled time passed. Then I received a text stating that he was sorry and had an emergency he was tending to from the night before, and he would be here within an hour. After an hour or more passed, he still had not shown up, called, texted or communicated an update, I texted him to tell him the time was getting too late for me for the kind of diagnosis I was needing and not to worry about coming and i would text him next week for another appointment. He never responded to that either.
I can understand when emergencies happen. But to not call or shoot a text, or not come when you say you are coming and not show up 2 times in the same day, to me, is not acceptable.
