- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There’s a 2 hour minimum! Which means if a move is completed in less than 2 hours you still have to pay 2 hours worth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Soon as we receive an inquiry about a customer interested in our services we reach out instantly. We coordinate via text or call throughout the whole process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5+ years of experience in this industry. Now I’ve been operating my company for 2 years.
