FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base rate is for a 60-minute private training session. I offer discounted packages for clients who commit to 5, 10, or 20 sessions, which helps them save money while staying consistent. The first session is complimentary so we can assess goals, movement patterns, and make sure we’re a good fit. Partner training is available for a small additional fee. No hidden fees — everything is transparent upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free first session where I learn your goals, injury history, lifestyle, and current fitness level. From there I design a customized plan based on strength, mobility, and long-term sustainability — not quick fixes. Sessions focus on proper form, progressive overload, and accountability. I adjust programming weekly based on progress and feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring over 23 years of hands-on fitness and strength training experience along with professional certification in personal training. My background includes strength development, weight loss coaching, mobility work, corrective exercise, and long-term lifestyle habit building. I focus heavily on biomechanics, proper form, and injury prevention so clients progress safely and sustainably. I continue to stay current through continuing education and practical, real-world application rather than trends or shortcuts.
