- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 5% off hourly rate to all Military and Veterans, Senior Citizen, Public Servants, and Teachers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer we start with discussing your needs. Once that is established and a move date is set you will receive a email confirmation. Next, the day before your move you will receive a courtesy call to ensure you are ready for your move. If you need anything extra on your move that would be a great time to discuss it. For example if you didn't finish packing or if you need to add an additional stop. On the day of your move the movers will call you with a ETA and once they arrive they will begin your move
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience and have been in business since 2012. I go to annual classes with the Texas DOT and I am a member of the Chamber of Commerce and AMSA.
