FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive and vary depending on job complexity and scope. Being a veteran-owned business, we give back to our local veteran community by supporting CampV and The Warrior's Keep. We also offer Veteran discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our ISA-certified arborists will visit the job site where the work will be done and visit with the customer. Arborist will assess the work and prescribe a plan; for example, if a full removal is not necessary, pruning with a bio-stimulant treatment may be recommended. A formal estimate/quote is emailed that contains price, detailed scope, potential scheduling days, and copies of our insurance. Customer responds to the assigned Arborist or calls our office to schedule the job once the estimate/quote is accepted. Once accepted, the job is scheduled and additional information is provided to customer (estimated arrival window, determine access to back yard, ensure pets are in a safe place, etc.) Upon arrival, the Foreman will walk the property with the customer, explain how the work will be executed, and answer any questions. Once job is completed, the Foreman will do a final walkthrough. At this time, an invoice will be delivered for payment. If required, the Arborist will do an additional follow-up with the customer a few days after the work is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISA-Certified Arborists go through extensive orboriculture traning and education in order to receive their certification. Our Tree Climbers have a minimum or 10 yrs industry experience, follow strict safety standards and protocols, and our company requires quarterly re-certification on equipment.
