There was a great deal of passion and attention to detail placed in cleaning and removing whatever junk items needed to be removed. They did an incredible job and I would highly recommend them.

This review has nothing to do with the maids as they done a good job. My review is on the miss communication and lack of customer service I received from scheduling staff. For one , cleaning service was late by an hour and half . The first 20 minutes , I had to reach out to them to ask if they were still coming . That’s already a huge NO. If you have a business and are running late , you should reach out . I was then told it would be an extra 20-25 minutes. I ended up waiting an HOUR . I then reached out again to decline and ask for a reschedule but I was told the maids were here . I could have been an A-hole and said no and refused for service due to already being late (which I wish I did in the long run) . Instead , I decided to cancel what I already had planned to make sure the maids could get in and out . I was then charged $180 for a 1 bedroom apartment . I paid less in my townhome with 3 bedrooms . Not only that , they tried to rip me off an extra $45 by saying the maids weren’t done and then when I told them my frustration they came back and said they were finished ? Never ever again . Didn’t even offer a discount for being so late . UNRELIABLE . I also received wrong pricing . I was told it was $45 an hour not $45 a maid . I usually work with SPRUCE and have one maid to clean my apartment and she gets it done faster than the two maids they’ve hired.

This is the best cleaning service I've had ever, they were really communicative, and professional they completely blew my mind away. I will require this cleaning service every time in the future. Rosario is awesome at cleaning, and she's also pretty nice and listens carefully to what you want to be done, on the other hand, Alexa manages everything pretty well any question that you have about the service she will help you out, this company has an excellent staff. Don't hesitate on hiring them you wont regret it.
