- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest, but we are not the most expensive either. We are priced fairly. We focus on quality, longevity, and excellence in all we do. I have veterans with families to take care of. Know your realistic prices. Also ask if the company offers 0% financing options to save on your cash flow. Many do not, we do. 😎 if paying out of pocket, know what a realistic price should be for the job. I have veteran’s with families to take care of. Don’t be a tire-kicker.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Slow and steady. I have to quickly establish trust with my new clients to build long-lasting relationships. I have over 250 repeat clients that are very satisfied it our work and rebook us so we are doing something correctly and our attention to customer care is being noticed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained extensive experience under incredible certified arborists and very active on Arborist educational opportunities, and workshops and I am an active member of the International Society of Arborists (ISA)
