- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I go the extra mile to ensure a happy client. My estimates are always FREE and I will work hard to beat any written, comparable quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key to a successful project. I will set a consultation via in-person, phone and/or video conference to get a clear and concise understanding of the client's vision and expectations. Moving forward the client's input is always priority. All project details are in writing and accompanied with client's approval. I use DocuSign, in-person signatures, email or texts as written confirmation for all, changes and approvals.

I currently work with Real Estate Investors and Developers as well as business and home owners alike. I have worked everything from residential developments to the most recent equestrian barndominium to make-ready rental properties.
