FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At JMJ Home Designs, we offer flexible pricing tailored to the unique needs of each property. Our pricing is based on factors such as square footage, the number of rooms staged, and whether the home is vacant or occupied. Here's what to keep in mind: Consultation Fee: A one-time fee covers the initial walk-through and detailed staging recommendations. Vacant Home Staging: Includes furniture and accessory rental for a set term (usually 30 days), with optional extensions available. Occupied Home Staging: May involve using existing furnishings with added decor for visual impact. Package Pricing: Bundled rates are available for multi-room staging or repeat clients. Discounts: We offer special pricing for real estate agents and returning clients. No Hidden Fees: All costs are clearly outlined in our proposal, including delivery, setup, and removal. We’re happy to provide a custom quote after a quick consultation!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At JMJ Home Designs, we aim to make the staging experience smooth, efficient, and results-driven. Here’s how our process works: Initial Contact You can reach out via phone, email, or our website. We'll gather some basic information about your property and timeline. Consultation We schedule an in-home or virtual consultation to assess the space. During this visit, we evaluate layout, lighting, flow, and key areas to focus on. You’ll receive a customized staging plan and quote. Proposal & Agreement After the consultation, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the services, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, we finalize the agreement and schedule the staging date. Staging Day Our team arrives to professionally stage the home, using high-quality furniture and accessories tailored to your property's style and target buyer. This typically takes 1–2 days. Listing & Showings Once staged, your home is photo-ready and optimized to stand out online and in-person. We remain available for touch-ups or adjustments as needed. Destaging After the home sells or the contract ends, we coordinate furniture removal and leave the space clean and damage-free.
