- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the pitch or steepness of your roof and if you want special air vents or other modifications done to your roof.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we can meet up and go over what you are wanting and then I'll measure the roof. If you aren't able to meet I can still get on the roof to give a free bid and measurement
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started roofing 8.5 years ago with a great company, I respect them very much. They have 30+ years of experience and taught me a lot of valuable things.
