Introduction: I am a personal trainer and endurance Running coach helping you on your fitness and running journey. Whether you’re looking to improve your health, become stronger, or ready to tackle your first 5k or ultra-marathon, I’m here to take the guesswork out of training and help you reach your goals. My goal is to tailor a training plan specific to your needs, time, life and goals. Life happens and your plan will be adjusted as needed. I know what it’s like to juggle life and training and that is why it is important to have an effective training plan tailored to YOU and your life. I want to get to know you and what makes you tick which will help me create a plan that fits you. Throughout your training, we will continually discuss your goals, any injuries, fears, successes and how you are adapting to the training load. My training philosophy comes from my studies with (NASM) National Academy of Sports Medicine, training under Dr. Romanov with POSE Method in Miami, 20 plus years of running and racing experience and continuously learning and improving my knowledge through schooling, seminars, reading and always being open to new findings. I hired Lindsey to help me lose a few pounds and get in better shape. From our very first meeting, Lindsey was a consummate professional. It was immediately easy to tell she was an expert in ALL facets of fitness and being healthy. Lindsey brought home in clear examples how nutrition, muscle, cardio and body maintenance are a LIFESTYLE, not quick fixes. She spent HOURS teaching me about labels when food shopping, to the point where we even went on a field trip! All I can say is WOW!!!!! Thank you Lindsey. She also holds you accountable for your own responsibilities (nutrition/ working out on your own time.) Lindsey helps you to the best of her ability to make sure you are reaching your goals.
