At Total Health and Fitness, we are a team of dietitians, nutritionists, and personal trainers. We have LITERALLY helped THOUSANDS of individuals to successfully, safely, and naturally lose weight and reach their fitness goal (not just weight, but the right kind of weight - fat!). None of our meal or exercise programs are generic. Every fitness programs is personalized and customized around each individual depending on gender, body type, lifestyle, progress, and their fitness goal - whether your goal is weight loss, muscle-gain, firming, toning, sports-specific goals, or you just want to live a healthier lifestyle.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most people believe that the way to successfully lose weight is through eating as little food as possible and extreme workouts; however, this is false. The largest impact to a successful fitness program isn't the physical exercise, but rather proper nutrition and meals (which accounts for approximately 80% of your body's ability to alter its body composition). Not only is it important to eat properly, but it is also vital to eat the right amount of food and at the right times. When somebody starves themselves, all they do is put their body into survival mode and rather than burning fat it starts to store it!
