I requested 5 contractors on thumbtack to replace my broken garage spring. A Plus was the quickest to respond to me via text (within 2-3 min) and the only one that could come out next morning on a Saturday. All others responded later and could only come on Monday. Nate with A Plus was super nice and professional and knew his stuff. I only wanted to replace the broken spring but he got approval for such a good deal on replacing both springs and doing a full service on all moving parts, that it was hard to pass up. They were $200 less in cost than anyone else for the same amount of service. I got more value, a prompt repair (broke last night at 7pm, fully repaired next morning by 10am), as well as a high quality and easy experience. Now I’m good for another 15 years on the springs and have a trusted company to call upon in the future for anything else I need. Great work Nate and A Plus Garage Doors!

My tech was able to show up earlier than previously quoted. Fixed the issue with my garage in under 30 minutes and was very reasonable on the cost of the repair. They took so much stress off my plate today. I would definitely use them again.
