I feel that I have improved so much in the short while that I have been taking voice lessons! And I feel more confident singing in front of people! Brian is always very encouraging and positive, but still gives critiques that make a huge difference! The tips and tricks that he gives are so helpful, and he explains them well! I really enjoy lessons every week!

Jose is very talented, and very well versed as a musician. He's a very patient and flexible instructor, and tailored my lessons to my specific needs. He has an extensive musical knowledge and varied repertoire. My singing ability made a definite and noticeable improvement from taking lessons from him. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their vocal skills.

I started voice lessons with April recently and I am so pleased with the progress I have made. I have made considerably more progress than with a previous teacher. I feel like my practice time really makes a difference because April makes sure I know what and how to practice and how to problem solve. Plus she's such a pleasure to work with.

Greg is awesome! I had my first vocal lesson with him today and I feel that I've already learned a lot. First off, he does not charge much, compared to other vocal instructors, which is great because I am trying to save every cent I can. Secondly, Greg is nice, friendly, and cares about your success. Greg is also funny and outgoing. He will definetly help you come out of your shell if you are a shy singer. Greg has helped me by teaching me helpful vocal warm-ups, correct techinque (posture, breathing, etc.), and by practicing songs to improve my vocal ability. Greg knows what he is doing and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I had so much fun at our voice lesson today and I can't wait for future voice lessons!

This voice instructor has been great at demonstrating and using hands on strategies that have helped me understand what it feels to be using my breath/air in the most efficient and natural way. She focuses alot of the fundamentals in order to build off of good techniques. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and is thrilled to hear her students make positive improvements. I'd like to practice these techniques more while working on a song. .. it's taken a while to get to practice learned strategies on a song...

Diana is a remarkable teacher. Well educated with a breath of vocal and pedogogical experience. She immediately puts you at ease as you inevitably must face your vulnerabiltiy when singing. As a beginnig voice student I was amazed at the accesable way Diana teaches the fundamentals. I have and will continue to recommend students to her.

Kristin has been great at identifying my own personal learning style. She presents things in a very understandable and approachable way. Her lessons are a lot of fun, and she is very supportive. I would definitely recommend her to people of any skill level, including to people who have never taken voice lessons before, like me!

Bennie is great! Super fun to be around! Going into singing lessons I was worried, didn't want to feel like I was being judged even though that's the reason I'm there. But he didn't make me feel that way at all! It was easy going and has been a blast!

My daughter is taking piano and voice lessons from Libby. We absolutely adore her. She really connects with her. I have no music background at all so I am of no help. It’s amazing to me how quickly my daughter is learning.

Mandi has been the best teacher I've ever had, not only because she's a phenomenal teacher and is passionate about what she teaches, but because she genuinely loves her students. She takes time out of her busy schedule for me individually, outside of our lessons, for the things I'm involved in, and inquires about my personal life where she sees fit, and it has helped me see that she really does love me. She's always believed in me and supported me in everything I do. She wants what's best for me and helps me be the best I can be. She's influenced me so much in my life and I wouldn't be half the singer I am today without her inspiration, support, and guidance.

I have been taking vocal lessons from Aaron for the past two months and I could not have hired anyone better. Prior to working with Aaron I had no singing experience and was considered "tone deaf". My voice has improved so much in such a short amount of time due to Aaron's unique and versatile vocal training techniques that we are now about to start music production and songwriting sessions to record original songs. Aaron’s endless amount of master talents is continuously impressive. He has a natural way of making a person feel comfortable and safe no matter how scared or self-conscious he or she may feel. Not only that, but he is extremely fun to work with! Aaron has become a dear friend and mentor to me and is someone who I highly admire. It is an incredible opportunity to have the privilege of working with someone who has so many master talents and is a genuinely amazing person.

She is always doing the extra mile, by sending me videos that will help me specifically. She is always trying new things to get the sound that is healthy and clear. Overall, I'm been really impressed by her. I've had four other voice teachers in the past, and she is one of my favorites because of how she treats her students. So, I highly recommend her and her teaching

My daughter has been taking Voice Lessons with Leah for almost two years. Leah has an engaging personality and works well with my daughter. She has helped her increase her vocal range and introduced songs that have challenged her and helped her voice develop. As a teacher Leah is dependable and flexible. She lets her vocal families know her expectations up front and has been a pleasure to work with. My daughter genuinely looks forward to her voice lessons every week.

Vocal lessons with Belle have been a fruitful and edifying process. She is a seasoned singer who is adept at pinpointing exact problem areas and developing a plan of attack to address them. She noticed immediately into our lessons that I tend to exhale before I sing, essentially cutting my breath in half and leading to breathy vocal delivery. In a short period of vocal exercises, strange-but-effective analogies, and genuine care for helping her students succeed, she managed to help me achieve my goal of feeling consistent and well-rounded as a singer. Outside of her fifteen minutes on national television, she has a solid grasp of who she is as an artist, which helps her instill confidence in her students. She’s also quite accommodating with scheduling, and understands that life gets in the way sometimes. Whether you’re a complete novice or self-proclaimed virtuoso, everyone can benefit from taking vocal lessons, and I can think of no better instructor than Belle.

About

My name is Amber Stachitus. I am a lyric soprano. I hold a Master's Degree from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, both with an emphasis in Vocal Performance. My education focused on Vocal Pedagogy; Music Theory; Italian, French, German, English and Czech Diction, as well as training in Vocal Technique and Performance. I have studied voice with Julie Simson, Ariel Bybee and Dr. Robert Breault. I am fluent in Italian and have a grounding in German and French IPA and grammar as it applies to translations. My teaching focuses on classical technique and vocal exercises that provide the foundation for a successful performance. I assign art songs, arias and musical theater pieces according to the singer's individual abilities, in line with the goals they have for their practice. I provide a customized lesson: 30 mins, 45 mins, or 60 mins (for advanced students), consisting of warm-ups, vocalization and repertoire work. We will also focus on diction and vocal health. We will set and work towards your goals as a performer, whether they be personal or professional, family events or competitions. Classical technique will enhance your singing, whatever the genre.

I feel it's important to get out of the lessons what you want, so I don't have a set curriculum. I tailor each lesson to the student. Lessons focus on each student as an individual and can include anything from vocal technique and song choice, to audition coaching and recording sessions for ear training.”
