I am so sorry you weren't more pleased with our service, especially on your wedding day. But I am a bit confused. When I sent you strips that I worked more than 14 hours on for your approval you said you "loved them" and that they were "perfect." We also kept the booth open an extra half hour over what we had contracted for and at no extra charge to you. I would not consider that mediocre service. If it was because we were seated the only time you came in, that was because the kids were having so much fun, they wanted to play with the computers. We were only preventing them from doing so, and in a way where we could still engage with them. We love our job and thought everyone enjoyed themselves. I honestly don't know what more we could have done.
I agree, it would be nice if we could print off a copy for everyone in the booth at the same time. Actually we could, but it would require stopping the photo booth for a couple of minutes each time we did it. Unfortunately, with as many people as there were in line to use the booth, a good share of them wouldn't have had the opportunity to be photographed. That's why we give you a flash drive with all the pictures on it as well as the option to put them on Facebook. That way anyone who wants to can put the picture on a flash drive and make up as many as they want.
