Replacing the exterior siding, complete landscaping, and the basement remodel. The basement remodel from Soul Builders was by far the smoothest project of all 3. They communicated frequently and clearly to make sure all the details were exactly as we wanted them to be. They provided valuable insight for where to place the new light switches, lights, door frame, etc. for the wall we were moving.As many other reviewers have mentioned, they were also great about cleaning up at the end of each day. This is a construction zone, so expect that there will be some dust, but Soul Builders puts up plastic sheeting where they can to prevent it moving to other areas."See more

He was professional, honest, and fairly priced throughout the entire project. Communication was excellent; he always answered our questions and kept us informed. Garry truly went above and beyond. While repairing our carport, he discovered termite damage and repaired more than the initial scope without charging us extra. Garry painted the exterior of our home and a couple of days later when we experienced flooding due to the heaviest rain in one day all year long, Garry helped us locate the source (a window) and fixed the issue. He patched up, repaired, and repainted the affected area for only $100 extra, which was incredibly generous considering the extra work required. He understood that we were new homeowners working with a strict budget and he respected that completely. I highly recommend Nox Construction to anyone looking for home repairs."See more
