Replacing the exterior siding, complete landscaping, and the basement remodel. The basement remodel from Soul Builders was by far the smoothest project of all 3. They communicated frequently and clearly to make sure all the details were exactly as we wanted them to be. They provided valuable insight for where to place the new light switches, lights, door frame, etc. for the wall we were moving.As many other reviewers have mentioned, they were also great about cleaning up at the end of each day. This is a construction zone, so expect that there will be some dust, but Soul Builders puts up plastic sheeting where they can to prevent it moving to other areas."See more

They even went as far as using propane heaters in an unheated house to make sure that the finished product was quality. They worked on Christmas Eve to get the job done as soon as possible. The house was built in 1897 so there was a lot of adaptation and flexibility that UCM had to use in order to get this job done right. They were able to do work that other contractors chose to avoid and ignore. Utah Construction Management was able to breathe modern life into a house that people told me to tear down."See more
