I really needed a plan of action to get in shape. I had always been a runner and very active. Then I had a back surgery go bad and could not do my normal routine anymore. When you are getting inspired and deciding to workout at the gym, and have a meal plan and an exercise plan. Do you have someone watching your form so you don't hurt yourself or making sure your doing it right? I do. This is the reason I love being with my trainer Giovanni Elmore. Every exercise I do, he is standing there, making sure my feet are right, my hips are in correct form, my arms are in correct form. When I can't do another rep on my own, he spots me. He counts my reps, he decides what I need to do that day. He pushes me farther than I would push myself. I never have to think what I should be doing or doing next week, when it's time to up my game, or if I'm hurting myself. He talks to me about nutrition, about the muscles and my body and teaches me everything I need to know to be smart enough to carry this through out my life. This journey is about a lifestyle change. It's like anything else, you are paying for education...you don't get this kind of knowledge or support, physically or emotionally through emails. This is the reason I believe in having a training program like his and why I'm seeing the results I'm seeing in such a short time. He makes sure, EVERY time that I'm on track and doing ithe right!
