Showed up one hour after my call. Returned the next day with the parts and had the problem fixed by days end. Excellent work and very reasonable price. Plus he is a nice guy.

Kevin responded to my request for a residential repair quickly. He came on time the next day as promised. He expertly repaired the broken line at the sprinkler valve. This was a more difficult job than we thought due to heavy root growth. Despite this, he stuck to his estimated charge for the job. Really appreciated his professionalism!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $65 an hour with a two-hour minimum plus parts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically go to the customers house and we go over what they want done for their job and then I do my walk around and figure out the bid I want to present. Then I talk with them and go over the bid and ask if they have any more questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of on the job training on things I have learned from my past jobs and things I have learned from others to improve myself.
