My kitchen looks spectacular now. There were a few hiccups but there always seems to be with any project. What matters most to me is how these unforseen problems are handled. 5 Star did a wonderful job and at the end of the day my kitchen is amazing.

5 Star Kitchen and Bath worked with us from the beginning all the way through the end of of kitchen remodel. Very responsive in regards to any issues with our initial and subsequent concerns. Donald and Carson were very professional and talked us through while working on our kitchen and made it a less bit stressful once they started. Our kitchen looks great!

We were very impressed with the design process with 5 Star. We worked with Nathan to go through all the pieces that we wanted for our very difficult kitchen space. He brought samples to pick everything out and a full rendering of the design done on his computer. He spent a good amount of time with us answering all the many questions we had for him. We feel comfortable with how the job will be done and without any hidden, unknown costs. We are excited to work with them!

We need a kitchen and 2 bathroom remodel, David Adamson came out today did an estimate and gave us a bid before he left. He was so awesome to work with during our consultation. Gave us samples and advice. I found him to be honest and trustworthy which I find to be hard to come by. Thank you David for being so helpful.

Update: I received a call from the owner and talked through my feedback. He was very understanding and open to my feedback. My original rating was 2 stars. After talking the owner mentioned he would implement some of the feedback I suggest and work with his team for future estimates. He even offered to send me a thank you gift, but that wasn't necessary. Original Post: (2 Stars) 5 Star came out to give me a bid on two bathrooms in my home and came in $18k over the second highest bid I received from other Thumbtack Pros in their category. My home has two standard bathrooms according to 5 Star. The estimator was honest and said my project is not a typical project for their company. I wish they would have listed this on their FAQ's so I wouldn't have wasted time going through the process. They are a "Luxury" company and whom you should choose to do their "forever home"
