Canon knows what he's doing when it comes to fitness. Not only does Canon look the part, but the knowledge is there. The way that he explains how to complete certain movements has helped my personal progress drastically. I feel my workouts way more than I used to by myself. If you need a trainer, Canon should be your first call.

Canon is very motivating and supportive. I struggle with my body imagine and it’s one of the biggest reasons I have a hard time going to the gym along with not knowing what to do. Just in the last 2 months Canon has built my confidence and has taught me so much about my body. After a few trainings with him, I now feel more motivated and knowledgeable of what to do when working out. He is very smart and knows what he is doing. He takes the time to create your own personal goals and makes them happen. I appreciate Canon so much for teaching me and helping me on my new body journey!
