Cecily is fun to work with and does a great job of customizing a training/ nutrition program to meet your personal goals. She is flexible around your schedule and has several different services to offer. Such as her contest prep for bikini competitiors which is what I did. Compared to other trainers I have worked with, she has proven to me that my goals are attainable from the results I have had. Her weekly check-ins, training, and macro-nutrition guidance; has made the work on my half easy. Most importantly, her training structure is something I can acquire into a long term healthy lifestyle.

Cecily is a great trainer, providing all the tools to be successful. She’s fun to work with, but very serious about give it your all. I highly recommend her if you want to get back in the swing of things and need some guidance and motivation

Cecily covered everything with me; eating, tracking meals, macros, workouts, lifting vs cardio, scheduling, payments, the list goes on and on. I felt comfortable with her right off the bat and have been working with her for about 3 weeks now. We meet once a week for a workout, and I do the rest on my own. Using Myfitnesspal to track meals has also made a huge difference in my progress, because without it I wouldn't know exactly what I'm consuming (as far as macro/micro nutrients are concerned) which is half the battle. She's listened to everything I have to say and has come up with a workout & meal plan that will get me where I want to be. Both offer a lot of flexibility so I can make adjustments as I go, and make sure that what I'm doing works for ME. This is a long term goal and I'm looking forward to reaching it with Cecily's help!
