- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I support our Military, Emergency Responders, 911 Dispatch and Teachers. If you are a member of one of these lovely public servants, let me show you my thanks with a discount on my services. I also support small business owners and love to work out service trade options to work together and help each other succeed. My rates are comparable to my competitors and I offer more personalized service such as one-on-one individual meetings (or virtual meetings if that fits your schedule and needs better).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer an initial consultation. You'll tell me what you need, I'll align it with what I can provide and we'll make a game plan. I'll send a formal quote and upon acceptance, we'll meet to go over our business contract for the project. Following the first meeting, I would like to schedule an in-person meeting to finalize our Statement of Work or Agreement. At that point, we get started. Taxes are a little different, following our phone conversation (should you choose our firm) I will send you an invite to share your tax documents via Intuit Link. I'll then have Absolute Tax & Accounting review your documents, prepare a shell of your return and meet to review questions as well as walk through your return. You'll always keep your hard copies of all documents and we'll keep all items secure in the Intuit Link cloud.
