Quick responses and very easy to communicate with. His service fee is somewhat high, but he showed up quickly. He informed me that nothing was really wrong with the stove top and only charged me the service fee. Overall Im happy that the stove top is working but he was very rude when it came to payment. He does not accept Checks or Credit cards. Trying to pay him with either of these methods ended up in a very short phone call and being hung up on. Not the best customer service.
