Gina really cares about people. She is constantly doing things for her clients that show she is thinking about them and sending them good vibes. It was all the little things she did for me that made such a big difference. It's also obvious that she has a great depth of knowledge about physical health and nutrition and she incorporates that into creating overall health on an individual basis.
Burton Arias was my personal trainer for 18 months. I have RA in my knees and at that time weighted 280 lbs. Burt was sensitive to my needs & abilities. He taught me to use weight machines, free weights, & my own body weight to increase my fitness level. We also talked about good nutrition & what I could do to improve my diet. Burt Arias is very passionate about health & fitness. He is excellent at tailoring his programs to fit his individual clients. Taylor Read, from the Cottonwood Max Muscle store, set up a custom meal plan to help me achieve my goals. It took about nine weeks total. Every two weeks we met and measured body fat and muscle mass. At each meeting we made any necessary adjustments to my meal plan to keep me on schedule. Taylor was always available to answer any questions. Taylor also provided assistance in selecting supplements. I was very happy with the quality of the supplements and I believe they were a significant factor in my success. I would definitely recommend Taylor Read for any type of nutrition consulting.
