Katie is the best fitness instructor I have ever taken a class from! Not only does she create an environment where you can feel confident about your physique but she makes an effort to know your name and make you feel included. I have been going to Katie's classes consistently for the past 1 1/2 years and have noticed an increase in strength, agility, and in my physique.
