- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The healing process can be painful or uncomfortable (determined by how long the issue/pattern has been there) but the payoff is ALWAYS worth it, after the pain comes the relief.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine if there is a specific issue or if it is more general (& I will find the main issue) and then educate throughout the process if they are open to learning more about how to correct it (taking the proper steps towards feeling better)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am very thorough with stretching & have full body & specific (priority/focused)recommended stretches I am more than happy to go over with you.
