Tasha is a literal artist! You read now-a-days where Western Medicine will prescribe medication that can address symptoms but not actually address the issue. Tasha takes that to heart in her Body Healing work, and she is a miracle worker. I have struggled with Tightness, Athletic Injuries, and Stress through my body that has had me sluggish and having hard time at times with being Active. Tasha, will help you understand your specific bodies needs but also be able to listen internally to how to heal specific areas. I can't begin to tell you how I have begun to feel deeply connected to my body, and the joy of moving around and being able to identify the needs that my body needs. Tasha's work is a healing work, and I'm starting to feel rejuvenated. I HIGHLY recommend going to see her, especially if you have had chronic pain and issues. She is a healer, and grateful for coming across her work.

I have severe chronic pain and Tasha does great work on my body in getting to the problem areas and making sure that I am educated on how to care for my body between sessions and how to make sure that when I get a massage, I get the most out of it. She is very professional in her demeanor, very responsive, and very pleasant to talk to so the overall experience is very welcoming and calming. I highly recommend Tasha.

I threw my back out helping family move (this is why you never help people move) and was in desperate need of some relief. She responded to me quickly and was able to get me in the same day. She is very knowledgeable about the muscular system and what needed to be done to help with the pain. I will be going back for sure! Highly recommend.

The healing process can be painful or uncomfortable (determined by how long the issue/pattern has been there) but the payoff is ALWAYS worth it, after the pain comes the relief.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine if there is a specific issue or if it is more general (& I will find the main issue) and then educate throughout the process if they are open to learning more about how to correct it (taking the proper steps towards feeling better)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am very thorough with stretching & have full body & specific (priority/focused)recommended stretches I am more than happy to go over with you.
