Free diagnostics in store only on PC and Mac. No obligation to repair once we call with an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With most hardware problems, we like to have customers bring in the laptop or desktop for a free diagnostic. We can check the computer for issues and call with an estimate for repair. We only recommend that which is necessary and you can trust us to make good decisions for you. We want to help you for years to come and you will see the difference @Lifeguard.

We have over 30 years of combined experience and we aren’t afraid of any computer problem!
