We charge an upfront fee of $79 to give you an accurate diagnosis and a plan to repair the problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We answer the call and gather needed data. We want to help solve the problem for our customer as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once the appointment is set, we will take care of everything until the repair is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has more than 30 years of combined experience in the appliance repair industry. Our technicians are all background and drug tested and have met all requirements necessary for all aspects of appliance repair.
