We hired American Residential Co LLC to finish our basement. Mike has been awesome to work with! Very kind, patient, and professional. Always quick to respond. Answered any questions we had. Our project was an 1800 sq ft complete basement finish. Mike and his team gave us our vision which included a theater room and game room. He and his team worked around our schedule and accommodated any request or addition we had. Mike always made sure we were taken care of. He always made sure we were happy and satisfied before he was satisfied. Mike and his team finished within our time frame and within our budget. Mike was always honest and up front through every step of the way and we could not be happier. It was such a relief and stress free for us knowing Mike was taking care of everything. Nothing but high praises and so much appreciation. Mike was such a great person to work with. Very polite and ensured everything turned out great, on budget, and in less time then all my other bids. In our line of work, we usually need to visit the job site in person to give a custom quote for what the customer needs. Please get contact with us so we can arrange a meeting!

Typically we travel to the customer to get the best idea of what the customer needs. If the customer needs samples brought, or is interested in different materials, we will bring suggestions of products to see what would be the best fit. We also willing to give a professional recommendation for each project because every house and homeowner is unique.

I've been involved in this line of work for approximately 20 years and have had the opportunity to see many different projects to completion. That experience has proved to be invaluable in providing excellent service to Utah residents.
