I am so pleased with the air ductcleaning service I had today. We recently moved into our home, and I suspected our vents needed a deep clean (see photos - YIKES!). Sanitair provided an estimate before they came (several companies would not do this). Reuben, the lead technician, was very experienced and knowledgeable about homes and construction, so we knew we were in excellent hands with him. We had him add a UV air purification system to our HVAC, and he knew where to install it since we have a dual-zone system. I suffer from allergies, and we are very happy we found Sanitair.

Nobody else would clean our heating exchange, but these guys did and they did an amazing job. Other companies just tried to upsell us 5500$ for a new unit, but with a good cleaning from sanitair it is running much better for 300$

I would definitely use Sanitair again. Theyre highly rated, NADCA-certified, and reasonably priced, which gave me confidence from the start. Victor was professional and communicativehe kept me updated on his arrival time and, before beginning any work, walked through the house with me to count all the vents and confirm the total price. There were no surprises.During the service, he was thorough and transparent. He showed me clear before-and-after photos, which really demonstrated the difference in air quality. He also explained the benefits of a bacteria treatment and offered it without being pushy, which I appreciated.For a 3,356 sq ft home with around 18 vents, the entire job took about 3.5 hours. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and well worth it. Id gladly recommend Sanitair to anyone looking for quality ductcleaning.

Cannot recommend more highly. Sanitair cleaned my HVAC evaporator coil today. They were willing to give an approximate quote without a visit (something many HVAC companies refuse to do), were able to schedule the service the next day, completed the service in less than 45 min, and best of all their price is amazing. I got quotes from 5 local businesses. Sanitair was by far the most reasonable at $299, the other quotes ranged from $350-$800!! Great company, booked them for more HVAC services on the spot after I saw how professional and reasonably priced they were.

We are NADCA certified (National Air Duct Cleaners Association), which means we follow strict industry standards for proper HVAC system cleaning. Our technicians are trained in air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and overall HVAC system care.
We stay up to date on best practices for improving indoor air quality and use professional-grade equipment designed specifically for this type of work. Annual ongoing training ensures we continue delivering high-quality, consistent results for every customer.
